Once you decide to become a client of RTPC, we meet with you for an intake session. Intake appointments allow us to gather information about your needs and goals for therapy. And this first session gives you time to get to know us and how we work as well.
To schedule an appointment for an intake, please contact Erin Braden, LPC, either via email or phone. Erin will contact you via phone to set up your intake appointment. She will then email you the required paperwork to set up your first appointment. Intake paperwork may be completed online via our secure portal, but paperwork needs to be finished before your intake session.
Note that the psychotherapists at RTPC are not in network with any insurance providers. Session fees are due at time of service. Each month we provide a statement for clients to use for potential reimbursement from their insurance providers for out of network benefits.
