Payment is due at time of service. Methods of payment accepted include Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts, all major credit cards and personal checks.

We believe that psychotherapy is an important service for everyone. For this reason, we try to offer some reduced fee sessions for clients with limited financial resources.  Discuss your financial situation in the initial meeting.  Fees will be negotiated when possible and appropriate.

Resilience & Transformation Psychotherapy Center is considered an "out-of-network" provider with most major insurance providers PPO plans and some HMO plans. This means that most insurance providers will reimburse you for fees at the rate they offer for out-of-network providers.   At the end of each month, clients receive a statement to use to submit for potential reimbursement.

If you seek treatment with RTPC, you will be given a Good Faith estimate of fees, as required by law, since we are not in network with any insurance companies.
